I am so glad you are here.

I believe healing is possible when we approach ourselves with curiosity, compassion, and courage. I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they reconnect and create lives that feel more grounded and fufilling,

My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client's unique experience. I prioritize consent, choice, and emotional safety, empowering clients to move at a pace that feels right for them. Drawing from mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing® (SE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I help clients develop resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and process experiences that may be keeping them stuck.

As an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and EMDR Consultant, I also support and mentor fellow therapists as they deepen their EMDR skills and confidence.

I specialize in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I work with individuals navigating infertility, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, birth trauma, reproductive trauma, infant loss, and the complex emotional transitions that accompany parenthood. I am also passionate about supporting women through perimenopause and menopause, helping them navigate the physical, emotional, relational, and identity shifts.

In addition, I integrate the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), an approach for healing attachment wounds, developmental trauma, and complex PTSD. NARM helps clients cultivate self-compassion, strengthen relationships, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move toward greater agency, meaning, and vitality.

As a Kansas City native, I am LGBTQ+ affirming and deeply committed to equity, inclusion, and social justice. I value creating spaces where all individuals feel seen, supported, and respected. Outside of my practice, I enjoy traveling, gardening, lifelong learning, and exploring art museums. In recent years, I co-authored a book chapter focused on feeding challenges and the use of EMDR therapy in addressing feeding-related trauma. I am also excited to teach a therapy retreat in Bali in 2027.

Whether you’re working through trauma, processing loss, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we will create a path toward the healing and relief you deserve.
