I am here to help you grow and thrive. Stress, overwhelming emotions, and old patterns can keep anyone from living their life. I use different evidenced-based therapies in my practice to teach you the coping skills to make changes that relieve suffering.  For nearly a decade, I have used Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.   DBT skills offer foundation to deepen your awareness of your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and your body. Once you are aware, you have the opportunity to practice acceptance, self-compassion, and transformation.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) can be an effective treatment to help you with decreasing stress, past memories, or future anxiety.  EMDR is effective in treating a variety of issues, including, but not limited to panic attacks,  birth trauma, traumatic memories, complicated grief, building self-esteem, performance anxiety, and relationship conflict.  In 2021, I started my journey in becoming a NARM Participant in training..  NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM) offers a framework for addressing attachment, relational, and developmental trauma.
